HR Generalist

Houston, TX

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding

  • Partner with managers on performance management, employee engagement, and workplace issues

  • Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws

  • Assist with recruiting efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires

  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy

  • Support benefits administration and employee inquiries

  • Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements

Experience:

  • 3–7+ years of HR Generalist or related experience

  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws

  • Experience with HRIS systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
