HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding
Partner with managers on performance management, employee engagement, and workplace issues
Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws
Assist with recruiting efforts, including coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires
Maintain employee records and HRIS data accuracy
Support benefits administration and employee inquiries
Contribute to HR initiatives and process improvements
Experience:
3–7+ years of HR Generalist or related experience
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
Experience with HRIS systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
