• Support day-to-day HR operations including employee relations, onboarding, and offboarding

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Maintenance Department, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective plant operations. This role manages both in-house maintenance teams and external contractors, with a focus on preventive and predictive maintenance, reliability improvement, and capital project execution. Acting as a key liaison between Maintenance, Production, and Engineering, the Maintenance Manager coordinates resources, schedules, and technical support to maintain plant equipment and infrastructure. The position plays a critical role in driving operational excellence, enforcing EHS compliance, and fostering a collaborative team environment across departments. 

The EHS Supervisor oversees the development and implementation of programs ensuring the health and safety of associates and the environment, and ensures compliance with regulations such as OHSA, EPA, OFC, and Ontario Regulation 851. This role involves liaising with regulatory bodies including WSIB. The position is a working leadership role, focusing on providing support and knowledge to enhance safety systems and programs within Bradford's environmental, health, and safety initiatives.
